проблема решилась прошивкой на последнюю прошивку!!

Такая проблема: переходник - CP2102 USB to UART Bridge Controller шара работает очень плохо... в принципе можно сказать, что не работает... канал открывается на 3 сек и потом тухнет... на 5 сек потом
